Mood: Greatful

Soooo... I've realized to just recently that I was trying WAY to hard to be a particular kind of artist. I really enjoy looking at cartoonish, colorful, and creative art. So much so that I would try to do it myself. I found to be very easily discouraged when I didn't get the coutcome I was working toward. Not until last night, did I realize that my strengths don't lie in those areas and I should really try to play to my strengths and work on my weaknesses.

I think you'll start to see alot more work coming in from me and most of it being realism or as close to is as my hands can make it. And on top of it an occasional cartooney/animeish piece.

My creative skills don't lie in my imagination, they lie in my ability to percieve the world and manipulate it. i guess you could call it a minor artist's epiphany. To some it may seem like a no brainer process, but I really feel a breakthough in understanding myself.

Soooo.... for those few people that stop by, be prepared to see alot more from me in the near future, and please engage me. I would really like to do an art trade, something that pushes my limits but also allows me to manipulate a character that's already created.

Any suggestions or critics are helpful.
